About Us

Office of General Affairs

◆  General management of administrative affairs of the office.
◆  Planning of tasks and supervision of employees of the general affairs office.
◆  Handling of official documents.

General Affairs Division


The General Affairs Office is part of the of General Management, responsible for the maintenance of all physical properties on the university campus, including material purchases, new construction planning, building maintenance, accessibility compliance, and all other physical plant/operations related issues.

General Affairs Division:

1. Material purchasing, new construction planning, checking and accepting all General Affairs contracts.
2. Manage purchase and maintenance of general equipment for both the Administrative and Academic Divisions.
3. Campus planning and maintenance including new construction, cleaning of campus perimeter and vegetation maintenance.
4. Official vehicles usage and management.
5. Management of outsourced campus restaurants, convenience stores and bookstores.
6. Management and maintenance of all copying machines, newspaper and other professional subscription services.
7. Hiring and supervising of non-labor business practices.
8. Building management, conference room and equipment rental management.
9. Janitorial and maintenance workers management.
10. Campus vehicle parking and entrance security management.
11. Annual buildings and maintenance budget planning and administration.
12. Supervise maintenance on structural, mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and fire suppressant systems of all buildings on campus.
13. Any activities and maintenance requirements involve the support of the General Affairs Office.
